Why Cicolator has no food database

Food databases are convenient, but entries added by other users can be wrong, and a recipe split into "4 servings" is only as accurate as your guess at a quarter of the pot. If you're losing weight by counting calories, those small errors add up every day.

Cicolator takes calories from the source instead. Read the nutrition label on what you buy, save the foods you eat often as favorites, and build home-cooked meals from their ingredients. Weigh the finished dish once, and every portion after that is a quick weigh of your plate. For the times you can't weigh, like dinner out, Magic Entry gives you an estimate you can adjust.
